Always takes the time to really get to know each pupil individually 

“Mrs Foster was SENCo at my daughter’s school. She really looked after our daughter and took care of all her special needs from Year 4 all the way through to Y11 (8 years). As long as Mrs Foster was at the school, we just knew that everything would be ok and that our daughter could not be in better hands.

Mrs Foster’s knowledge and experience of special needs in education is second to none. Her professionalism combined with her calm, warm and completely unflappable nature is invaluable when trying to navigate your way through the minefield of EHCPs and Special Educational Needs.

Mrs Foster always takes the time to really get to know each pupil individually and for this reason, the children in her care thrive. In the beginning, my daughter was always a very shy and awkward child with a lot of struggles, but under Mrs Foster’s thoughtful care and guidance she is now a far more confident and positive young lady – and it is without doubt due to the meticulous attention to detail of the care and support that Mrs Foster provided for her over the years. My daughter has asked me to relay how much she credits Mrs Foster for getting her through school and to say that she feels it was Mrs Foster who made her the far more capable and confident person that she is today.

Mrs Foster has a wonderful rapport with the children as she is kind, compassionate and always approachable. The children know that Mrs Foster only ever has their very best interests at heart, which makes them feel safe and respected regardless of their abilities. Anybody who is ever lucky enough to have Mrs Foster involved in their child’s school life will be very fortunate indeed.”
