Egham Park is a small independent alternative provision catering for 11-16 year olds.
We are seeking a passionate and committed Practitioner to lead and support a small group of pupils working towards EHCP outcomes.
The teacher will be responsible for:
- Teaching/supporting individual curriculums
- Taking responsibility for pupils progress
- Maintaining high, but flexible expectations of behaviour
- Contribute to planning individual lessons and creative schemes of work
- Ongoing assessment of pupils learning
- Motivating, supporting and inspiring pupils
- Contribute to termly reports
- Continuously reassess and adapt to meet individuals needs
- Develop good relationships with pupils, parents/carers, professional and colleagues
